Global Career Solutions (GCS) was established in January 2004
in California for international students in the United States to support their
career planning.
According to the survey, there are more than two hundred fifty thousands (250,000)
international students are enrolling to universities or colleges in the United
States and most of them are from Asian countries. GCS supports those international
students from Asian countries to find ideal job opportunities after obtaining
college degrees and/or certificates of programs.
Currently, GCS is specialized to provide its services for Japanese speaking international
students. However, we are expanding our services to Korean speaking international
students in 2005 and Chinese speakers in the future.
There are many kinds of services available as career supports, but GCS is not
a placemen agency which finds a job for a student. With close communication with
you, GCS will develop your own career plan with your valuable knowledge in your
study abroad programs and experiences of lives in foreign countries.
We believe that the first job opportunity is an entrance to the real world, but
also it is the departure from your student life. Then, the path of your career
will last more years than you have spent. If you do not focus on your future career
path enough before you actually obtain your job, you may loose you way in rapid
changing our society.
